Payment

– Buying a monthly package reserves a special schedule for you for that month’s purchase.

– You can book a trial lesson before the purchase of a package. 

– The payment is due 2 weeks before the first class of any new packages.

– The packages are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

– Each spot is exclusive to the student. Once you reserve a spot, it will be the same each week.

 – However, if you need occasionally to change the time of the class, it is possible provided you let me know at least 24 hours before the class, and if I am available.

– You can cancel a class if you notify me before your lesson at least 24 hours before the start of said class.

– If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice of the class start time, you will lose your paid-for class.

Technical Issues

–Zoom is extremely reliable! I have superfast fiber optic internet for the best connection and a backup power generator, so I am able I provide English classes online 365 days a year, experiencing almost no problems! If you have electricity or technical problems from your side, I cannot be responsible if you miss a class or part of a class.

Extended Absence

 –Do you need to take a break to go on vacation? You will have 8 weeks to have your lessons, starting from the first class of the lesson package.

Confidentiality

 –By taking any class, business consultation, or any other service from English Results Today, you agree not to disclose any language teaching techniques, methodologies, or models to any other person or entity. The classes are not recorded and anything that is communicated to me does not leave the confines of our online meeting. I have helped many directors, managers, and international companies improve their projects, departments or entire companies; I do not divulge my participation in helping people succeed.  

Course Content

The copyright and other intellectual property rights in relation to course content/materials remain the sole and exclusive property of the English Results Today (or, in some cases, the relevant copyright holder). You agree that you will not copy or permit to be copied any of the course content/materials, nor disclose or permit the disclosure, sell or otherwise pass on those content/materials to others, unless agreed otherwise in writing with English Results Today.
